Sign Code Forum in Maryland
In Calvert County, Md., ISA’s Kenny Peskin joined more than 100 businessmen and county residents on Monday at a sign code forum to gather community input on problems with sign enforcement and the current sign ordinance. Many of the issues discussed at the forum were related to the impact of Maryland State Highway Administration’s newly enforced policy. This policy relates especially to advertising in the right-of-way. ISA’s Kenny Peskin will be speaking about the Calvert County event, the SHA policy and other important Maryland regulations at the April 25 Northeast States Sign Assn. Sign Expo (http://www.nssasign.org/) in Ellicott City, Md.
