ISA Speaks to Utah Municipal Officials
On September 12th, ISA’s Kenny Peskin joined representatives from the Utah Sign Association in Salt Lake City in presenting an educational session at the Utah League of Cities And Towns Annual Conference. Peskin, along with Neil Whataker (Allied Electric Sign & Awning; Salt Lake City) and Mike Freeborg (@yesco_signs; Logan, UT), addressed a variety of subjects including on-premise sign regulations, billboard controls, EMC technology, and sign code development. The ULCT Conference is just the latest in a series of outreach efforts by ISA staff and Utah Sign Association members; next month, ISA’s James Carpentier will be participate in the fall conference of the Utah Chapter of the American Planning Association.
