ISA Educates Planners in Wisconsin and Arizona
On September 20, ISA’s James Carpentier exhibited at Arizona’s APA fall conference in Flagstaff, Ariz., and on September 27 Carpentier also exhibited at the APA Upper Midwest Conference in Madison, Wisc. Over 240 planners attended the conference in Flagstaff and over 300 were in attendance in Madison. Exhibiting at both conferences provided ISA the opportunity to discuss sign code issues with planners and establish contacts with dozens of sign code officials. ISA’s booth played the new video about measuring sign area, and staff also distributed thumb drives to a ttendees which included two model sign codes, ISA’s EMC brightness recommendations, glossary of signage definitions, ISA’s position statement publication, and other helpful tools.
