Fountain Hills Arizona Proposes Changes to Sign Code
On July 12, the Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on proposed changes to the sign code. ISA’s James Carpentier testified before the Commission with several local business owners, in support of the proposed EMC regulations. James also recommended ISA’s EMC brightness guidelines be a part of the regulations. The Fountain Hill planners did not support the inclusion of the EMC section. The Commission agreed with staff and recommended approval of the sign code without the EMC regulations included. The proposed sign code is now under legal review, so the council hearing date has not been set. For more information please contact [email protected].
