THE ISA FABRICATION EXPERIENCE™ SHOWCASES SKILLS AT ISA INTERNATIONAL SIGN EXPO 2022 IN ATLANTA
ALEXANDRIA, VA – April 5, 2022 – Teams will showcase the craft of sign building as they face off in the ISA Fabrication Experience, a new feature at ISA International Sign Expo 2022.
In a series of timed contests, five teams of two compete to build SignComp’s EconoComp and Flex Face Commercial system cabinets. Teams will be assessed on speed and the quality of the cabinet produced. Prizes will be awarded for the winning and second-place team in each contest.
“Fabricators truly are the backbone of the sign, graphics and visual communications industry, and we’re excited to showcase that at ISA International Sign Expo 2022,” said Iain Mackenzie, ISA’s vice president of meetings and events. “This competition will bring excitement as attendees root for their favorite teams. More importantly, it’s a way to honor the men and women who create the products that deliver quality, value and ingenuity in our industry.”
In addition to the SignComp cabinets, fabricators will be using Plaskolite’s OPTIX LD 7328 White .177 acrylics and GSG’s .040 White Aluminum cabinet backers.
