Smart Companies Invest in Training
New research shows that top U.S. companies increased their budgets by 15 percent for learning and development. This marks the highest rate in the past seven years and comes at a time when many companies are reporting difficulty in finding qualified employees, according to Bersin by Deloitte.
For those in the on-premise sign and communications industry, ISA offers learning programs targeted to specific needs. During ISA International Sign Expo, one of the most popular tracks is focused on project management. These skills are needed to move projects from conception to completion, and can be used to train new employees and assist those ready to move up to the next phase of their careers.
Project management topics are among the more than 60 courses offered during ISA International Sign Expo April 23-26 in Orlando, FL. Additional free educational training will be available on the ISA Sign Expo exhibit hall floor.
In recent weeks, ISA International Sign Expo 2013 was named one of the 250 largest trade shows by Trade Show News Network and was the 24th fastest growing show of 2013, according to Expo magazine.
While ISA International Sign Expo offers the sign industry’s top in-person educational events, ISA also provides webinars and online training modules throughout the year.
