Sign Companies Ramping Up for Sign Manufacturing Day
Sign Manufacturing Day™ 2014 is right around the corner and it’s shaping up to be quite an event with 17 ISA member companies taking part and almost 1,000 students expected to participate nationwide. This is the second annual Sign Manufacturing Day™ and will again showcase the diverse career options that the sign and visual communications industry has to offer young people.
South Bend, Indiana is just one example of a location where things are ramping up for next week’s event. More than 100 students from all over the city will be touring North American Signs to learn about the varied skills and opportunities within the industry. In Washington, Missouri, Ziglin Signs is expecting nearly 400 students. And Lewis Sign Builders in Buda, Texas will host 100 students.
Sign Manufacturing Day™ is sponsored by the International Sign Association in conjunction with the National Association of Manufacturers. It will take place on October 3, 2014.
