The International Sign Association is thrilled to welcome Bill Lockett, president of Cima Network, to the ISA Board of Directors. Previously, he had served on the Direct Member Council Steering Committee. Bill cofounded Cima in 2008, focused on exceptional service and strong relationships. His insights will be invaluable in serving the sign and graphics industry through his contributions to the ISA board.
