ISA International Sign Expo 2011 Wraps in Las Vegas with Double-Digit Growth
Signs pointed up for the recently completed ISA International Sign Expo 2011, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. In all, some 19,000 attended, a 13% increase over 2010. Attendees explored a larger exhibit floor as well, with 1,953 booths, marking a 14% increase over the previous year. The number of sign professionals attending educational events also was up significantly. 3M’s Scotchprint Wrap Film Print Series 1080 was named the Coolest New Product, while Image Microsystems won the title of Coolest Green Product for its Microstrate signage material made from recycled computer parts. ISA International Sign Expo is the year’s largest event for the on-premise sign industry. The 2012 expo is set for March 21 to 24 in Orlando, Fla.
