UPCOMING weBINArs

Date: Oct. 22
Time: 2 p.m. ET
Presenters: AJ Titus, Signarama, and Craig Campbell, ISA

What do consumers really think about the signs our industry makes? Signarama commissioned The Harris Poll to survey 2,007 US adults on how signage shapes the way they discover businesses, judge them, trust them, and decide to buy. The findings give the sign industry something it has rarely had: independent, national consumer data proving the commercial power of its product.

Join ISA and Signarama, for a first look at the results, including the numbers every sign professional should have in their next sales conversations.

Attendees will learn:
  • Which sign attributes consumers rate highest, and the surprising gap between fundamentals and style
  • How responses differ by age and gender, including the most sign-responsive customer group in America
  • Which sign formats consumers ranked most effective for five different business objectives, and what that means for selling layered signage packages
  • How consumers are responding to LED, digital, and AI-integrated signage
  • How to use this data with your own customers

SRF Presents: AI for an Organized Sign Shop

Date: Nov. 12
Time: 2 p.m. ET
Presenter: Stacey Brown, Signarama Silver Spring

AI tools change fast, but lasting results depend on more than picking the right platform. They depend on how well your team’s knowledge and processes are built into the way you use AI.

This session focuses on helping your team use AI to think through problems and produce information, regardless of which AI platform your company uses. We’ll use one real-world example: the sales-to-shop workflow. You’ll see how to combine company knowledge, standard questions, and instructions to help salespeople capture the information project managers, estimators, and production teams need to move a job forward.

We’ll finish by exploring other ways this same method of turning company knowledge, standard questions, and everyday processes into reusable AI resources can be applied across your business, including project management, customer service, operations, logistics, onboarding, and more. The result is stronger handoffs, fewer communication gaps, and more consistent work across your team.

Who it’s for: This intermediate session is for participants comfortable with basic AI prompting who are ready to build more structured, reusable AI solutions for their business.

Before the session: You will receive optional pre-webinar worksheets to organize company information and communication preferences you can use during the session if you’d like to add your own company context.

What you’ll take away: A repeatable approach you can use across different platforms and business functions, plus practical ideas for improving productivity, creating consistency, and helping employees use AI more effectively, all aimed at building a more organized, AI-ready sign company.

Date: Nov. 19
Time: 2 p.m. ET
