Prior to the event, all attendees should review the pre-event checklist and system requirements below and then continue scrolling to find additional information specific to Signworld companies and local sign companies.
Pre-Event Checklist & System Requirements
✔ Prepare—Make sure you are prepared to do business by testing your audio, video, and internet connection. Please test your device before the event.
✔ Registration link—A Zoom invite (from noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us) with a registration link will be sent to the email address provided to ISA prior to the event. Please join the event no later than noon ET with this link using that email address.
✔ Video is highly recommended for this event—You’ll be in a room with a potential partner so putting a name to a face is an invaluable part of this experience.
✔ Desktop or laptop computers are recommended for this event—Phones and tablets limit your functionality and viewing ability which are necessary to fully experience the interactions designed for this event. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with a compatible browser for the best possible virtual appointment experience.
✔ Allow Access—Allow access to your audio and video when prompted.
✔ Sharing Video—If sharing a video, make sure to click allow audio when sharing your screen.

Can my staff be in different locations but join me in our company ‘room’?
- Yes, we’ve designed the meetings so your staff can be in different physical locations, but still participate in the event. We understand many are still in remote work situations or would like to include reps from different branch locations.
Will I get a list of my appointments before the event, so I can prepare for my meeting?
- Yes, each main point of contact for a company will receive a schedule and list of companies with whom they are meeting. Expect this list Tuesday, December 17th—it will be beneficial to review and prepare for your meetings so that you can make every minute of your meeting time.
How long are the appointment meetings?
- Meetings are seven minutes and will automatically end at the seven-minute mark.

- There will be a welcome and an overview of how the meetings will be structured at the start of the event. Then you will join Block 1 before being automatically placed into your ‘room’ with others from your team and the first local sign company on your schedule. When each Block ends, please join the next Block to start your next meeting. The meetings last only seven minutes, so please be prepared to start networking immediately.
Will I know anything about the local sign companies before the event?
- Signworld companies will receive the company profile questionnaire for each local installation company prior to the event—this will allow you to get right into a meaningful conversation. All contact information will also be shared with you, so you can save time talking about what is important.

How many staff can we have in our virtual ‘room’?
- You will be able to register up to three people for this event, including the main point of contact. All staff will be together for your meetings with Signworld companies.

When you have a break in your meetings, you will be placed into a virtual networking room to chat with other attendees and ISA Staff. Please be advised that these are not private rooms but open to all participants.
Will Signworld companies be receiving the Profile Questionnaire I completed during registration?
- All Signworld companies will have the company profile questionnaire for each local installation company—this will allow you to get right into a meaningful conversation. All contact information will also be shared with you, so you can save time talking about what is important.
