✔ Prepare your elevator pitch—To maximize your time, prepare an elevator pitch for your company. For new national contacts, discuss your capabilities, including crews, certifications, licensing, capacity, availability, and insurance. For existing contacts, seek and provide feedback and share updates about your company.
✔ What to bring—Comfortable business casual attire is recommended. Consider bringing business cards, a notepad, and a pen to take notes. Wi-Fi will be available in the room, but please note that this is the building’s Wi-Fi and we cannot guarantee quality of service.
✔ Post on social media before and after your event—Show nationals how invested you are in working with them and growing your business. Below are some sample posts to help you get started. Feel free to make them your own!

- During the event, national sign companies will stay at designated tables for the one-on-one meetings while your team will be moving around according to your meeting schedule.

- Each table will accommodate three attendees from nationals and three from local installers. No literature or promotional items are required.

Event Structure
- During the event, attendees will have different color wrist bands that will identify them as either a national or a local. National sign companies will have designated high-top tables, but they will also be mingling around the room. There are no set schedules, and we encourage everyone to talk to as many different companies as possible.

- Unlike Signs & Service and Wide Format Graphics, this event’s registration is per individual—not per company.
