Register for the “What to Expect from OSHA Under the Second Trump Administration” Webinar

OSHA is transitioning from a period of increased enforcement and rulemakings to a different approach under the second Trump administration. Based on historical trends, the previous Trump administration’s policies, signals from the 2024 campaign trail, and initial actions from the first few months of the new administration, OSHA expert Eric Conn will peek into the crystal ball to predict what employers in the sign and graphics industry can expect from OSHA over the next several years.

Topics will include:

  • Who will be the key decisionmakers at the Department of Labor and OSHA?
  • What will become of OSHA’s new final Worker Walkaround Rule and expanded E-Recordkeeping Rule?
  • Will OSHA finalize ongoing rulemakings, including for a Heat Illness Prevention standard?
  • What will be the fate of OSHA’s newest enforcement tools, including the expanded Instance-by-Instance Citation Policy and Severe Violator Enforcement Program?
  • How will the State OSH Plans conduct their business during a second Trump Administration?

Speakers: Eric Conn (Conn Maciel Carey), David Hickey (ISA)

Cost: $0.00 members / $30.00 non-members
